This position is a direct report to the Marketing Director. In addition, you will be directly involved in executing and coordinating sponsorship, events and opportunities in Real Estate, Insurance and Construction markets.

We are growing and have an immediate need for an Office Manager in the Little Rock, Arkansas area. This role is a full-time position with a guaranteed 40hr work week.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License – Must have a clean driving record!
• 2 years outside sales/marketing experience
• No visible tattoos or facial piercings.
• Daily attire must be polished and sharp.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate events for sponsorship opportunities
• Calendar and schedule events using Outlook.
• Research and document relevant client information.
• Phone contact and follow-up with existing and prospective clients.
• Schedule meetings and arrange for meals/refreshments as needed.
• Research and maintain prospective client demographics and relevant information.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to work under limited supervision.
• Assist with Marketing by blogging and posting on social media sites.
• Answer phones with high energy and schedule.
• Calendar and schedule events using Outlook.
• Research and document relevant client information.
