TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GIVEAWAY 4/1/2024 – 6/30/2024

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR HAVE A CHANCE TO WIN

1. One free roof giveaway by Tarrant Roofing, LLC (“Tarrant Roofing”) will occur between 4/1/2024 at 12:00 a.m. CDT and ends on 06/30/2024 at 12:00 a.m. CDT
(“Contest Period”) by a person being selected after the Contest Period to receive the freeroof giveaway.

2. The free roof giveaway is limited to a total retail value of $20,000 for a combination of goods and services relating to the roof.

3. The free roof giveaway can only be entered by a person who owns a single-family residence or who owns a commercial building. The free roof giveaway does not apply to multi-family residences (e.g. an apartment complex or duplex), to properties that the person rents, or to structures on the property that are not the primary structure (e.g. a detached garage or shed) on the property.

4. To participate in the free roof giveaway contest, a person must be a legal resident of Texas, and the applicable single-family residence or commercial property for the roof must be located in Texas.

5. To participate in the free roof giveaway contest, the person must be 18 years of age or older and have the person’s single-family residence or commercial property inspected by a Tarrant Roofing employee or Tarrant Roofing independent contractor during the Contest Period, and such Tarrant Roofing employee or independent contractor issue a written determination during the Contest Period that the person’s single-family residence or commercial property needs its roof replaced. An inspection of the roof of a single-family residence or a commercial property and any related initial discussion of a contract to purchase roofing products and services is expected to take less than two hours (which time for inspection and discussion may not be continuous), and the person must be present at the person’s single-family residence or commercial property, as applicable,
when the roof inspection occurs.

6. No purchase or payment is necessary for the person’s single-family residence’s roof or commercial property’s roof, as applicable, to be inspected by a Tarrant Roofing representative.

7. To participate in the free roof giveaway contest, the person must have an internet connection or access to an internet connection and enter the contest during the Contest Period by completing the entire entry form at a URL that will be provided to the person by a Tarrant Roofing representative after the person’s residence or commercial property, as applicable, is inspected and a determination is issued that the residence or commercial property, as applicable, needs its roof replaced. If it is determined that the person’s
single-family residence or commercial property, as applicable, needs its roof replaced, a Tarrant Roofing representative will encourage the person to sign a contract with Tarrant Roofing for Tarrant Roofing to provide the roofing products and services to have the roof replaced. A person is not required to sign a contract with Tarrant Roofing to enter the free roof giveaway.

8. Employees and contractors of Tarrant Roofing or their immediate family members (spouses, parents, legal guardians, in-laws, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren) are not eligible to enter the free roof giveaway.

9. Only one entry per person may be submitted for the free roof giveaway. By submitting an entry form to Tarrant Roofing, the person agrees to Tarrant Roofing’s use and disclosure of the information contained on the entry form.

10. On or around the 15th day after the end of the Contest Period, a winner of the free roof giveaway will be selected by random selection by a drawing conducted at Tarrant Roofing’s offices located at 1900 Handley Ederville Road, Fort Worth, Texas 76118 from the persons who entered the free roof giveaway contest during the Contest Period. The odds of winning the free roof giveaway depend on the number of entries received.

11. If the person’s entry is drawn in the drawing, to be awarded the free roof giveaway, the person must sign a photo and video release in a form provided by Tarrant Roofing, agreeing to be audio and video recorded at the person’s single-family residence or commercial property, as applicable, being notified of the person winning the free roof giveaway, for the person’s single-family residence’s roof or commercial property’s roof, as applicable, to be audio and video recorded, and for such audio and video recording to be used by Tarrant Roofing in television advertisements.

12. If the person’s entry is drawn in the drawing, to be awarded the free roof giveaway, the person also must respond to Tarrant Roofing’s notification to the person of the person’s entry being drawn (“Notification Date”) within five business days of the Notification Date and properly complete and sign the photo and video release and a Tax Form W-9 and provide these documents to Tarrant Roofing within ten business days of the Notification Date.

13. If the person whose entry is drawn in the drawing does not qualify for the free roof giveaway under any of the terms or conditions of this free roof giveaway contest, that
person will be disqualified from receiving the free roof giveaway, and a different winner of the free roof giveaway will be selected by random selection by a drawing conducted at Tarrant Roofing’s offices located at 1900 Handley Ederville Road, Fort Worth, Texas 76118 from the persons who entered the free roof giveaway contest during the Contest Period. This second drawing, if any, will occur on or around the 45th day after the end of the Contest Period.

14. The value associated with the free roof giveaway is taxable as income, and the person who receives the free roof giveaway is responsible for any and all taxes associated with or arising from the free roof giveaway.

15. By completing the entry form at the URL provided, the person agrees to all of the terms and conditions of the free roof giveaway.
