Job Overview
A Commercial Superintendent oversees construction projects, managing daily operations, subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while adhering to quality standards and safety regulations. They coordinate tasks, manage resources, and maintain communication among various parties involved.
Education and Experience:
– Roofing production supervision experience in shingles, single-ply, sheet metal, and torch-down roofing is required.
– Subject to passing background & driving record
– Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office, and smartphone skills are required

– High-school diploma or equivalent
